What’s so special about me?
If you made your way here I am guessing the thought of a stress free life style seems like an easy concept but the minute you start to try it; it becomes a complex and overwhelming process. Leaving you frustrated overwhelmed and giving you one more thing to stress about. Impacting your relationships with yourself, family, friends, and possible co-workers.
I have been there. I have been that adult living the most stressful life style known to man kind: Having a salaried job being overworked and underpaid. Going to grad-school, completing internships, working full-time and trying to navigate personal relationships with my husband, friends, family and better yet MYSELF. Finding myself doubting myself everyday saying things such as: “now what, where do I go from here? I’m in a life crisis!” “I can’t do this anymore.”
The reality is my stress was running my life. Impacting my relationships, quality of life, and overall well-being. It took me realizing how truly unhappy I was with my circumstances to finally start taking action with my life. Going from feeling controlled by the idea of “happiness” and instead creating it for myself incorporating exercise, prioritizing self-awareness, and being more intentional with my work life balance. It was through this process I was able to develop a happy, healthier, version of myself.
My coaching work is an extension of my years as a therapist, collegiate athlete, memory trainer, health & wellness coach, and everything I have learned from developing an intentional and achievable stress free life style for myself.
